      If the Kemppi Welding System power source won't start and the signal lamps remain blank, check the net fuses, and ensure all 3 phases are correctly connected to the power source's connector X1. Also, verify the auxiliary transformer's secondary voltages from control card A001, between connectors X12 - X11 and X12 - X10 (approximately 20 VAC). Try updating the control card’s flash memory program. If reprogramming doesn't resolve the issue, consider replacing the control card A001.
