Smoker
□ Place the grease tray of smoker at the bottom of smoker.
□ Install the eight cooking rack brackets on the side panels inside smoker. To install, insert the legs
of rack bracket to the corresponding holes inside smoker.
□ Set the wood chip tray onto the rack. Make sure it is seated properly and securely in the center
of the rack. Place the lid on the wood chip box. Place the wood chip stand onto the 4
th
rack
supports.
□ Insert 3 pieces of cooking rack into 1
st
, 2
nd
and 3
rd
rack brackets respectively as show. Make sure
each cooking rack is firm and level.
