up, fold hemmed edges back 2 inches.
Pin in place (Figure B).

4. Place right side of jacket inside piece face
down on jacket outside. Folded flaps
are in between the two layers of fabric.
Match sides and corners, pin together
along long edges (Figure C).

5. Sew a -inch seam along both long
edges. Backstitch at both ends
(Figure D).

6. Turn the cover right side out through
one of the end openings. Unpin and
flip the flap ends over so that they are
against jacket inside. Press seams and
folded edges so they lay flat.
7. Insert book and enjoy reading!!
