2. With right sides together, pin layers
together 2 inches back from the seam-
lines.
3. Serge the two curved edges, trimming
inch off as you serge (Figure B).

4. Secure thread ends by knotting and
threading back through serged seam
or applying seam sealant to the thread
chain, trimming after it is dry.
5. Turn to right side. Press. Place over
hanger, and use!
