      If your Keurig Coffee Maker won't brew, ensure the Handle is pushed down securely after placing the K-Cup® portion pack in the K-Cup® Holder, and the LCD Control Center reads “READY TO BREW” with illuminated Left, Right, and BREW Buttons. Then, press one of these buttons. If the LCD Control Center displays “ADD WATER,” add water to the Water Reservoir or ensure it's correctly seated. The Exit Needle may be clogged.

      If your Keurig Coffee Maker is brewing a partial cup, the Exit Needle may be clogged. Clean the K-Cup® Holder Assembly if necessary and rinse under the faucet. Ensure the Water Reservoir wasn't removed during brewing; if it was, replace it and perform a water brew without a portion pack. Also, try de-scaling the Brewer.

      If the blue light in your Keurig Coffee Maker's Water Reservoir is flashing, it means the water level is low and a full cup cannot be brewed. Add water to the Water Reservoir. If the LCD Control Center indicates “PRIME,” please see the troubleshooting for when the LCD Control Center indicates “PRIME” and the blue light in the Water Reservoir is flashing.

      If the LCD Control Center on your Keurig Coffee Maker indicates “PRIME” and the blue light in the Water Reservoir is flashing, completely remove the Water Reservoir and thoroughly clean it. Ensure the Water Reservoir is fully filled with water. Return it to the Brewer and ensure it is seated properly.

      To stop your Keurig Coffee Maker from turning on or off automatically, check that the Auto Off timer and/or On/Off time features haven't been set. Press the MENU Button below “MENU” and scroll through the programming options. “OFF” should be displayed for Auto Off timer and On/Off.
