The Keurig® Vue™ Brewer is a single-serve coffee machine designed for household use, offering a customizable brewing experience for various beverages. It utilizes Keurig® Vue™ Cup portion packs, which are distinct from K-Cup® portion packs and not compatible with this brewer.
Function Description:
The Keurig® Vue™ Brewer allows users to brew a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and hot apple cider, with personalized settings for strength, size, and temperature. Its "Custom Brew Technology™" provides total control over the brewing process. The brewer features a touchscreen interface for easy navigation and selection of beverage categories and settings. It can also dispense hot water for cooking or other uses.

Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning External Parts: Recommended one to two times per month with a soapy, damp, non-abrasive cloth. The brewer should never be immersed in water.
- Cleaning Drip Tray: The Drip Tray and Adjustable Drip Tray Plate should be periodically inspected, rinsed clean, and cleaned with a soapy, damp, non-abrasive cloth. They are not dishwasher safe.
- Cleaning Brew Head: The Brew Head can be removed by lifting the handle, gripping and pressing buttons on both sides, and tilting it down. It should be cleaned with a soapy, damp, non-abrasive cloth and rinsed thoroughly. The Brew Head is not dishwasher safe.
- Cleaning Water Reservoir & Lid: The Water Reservoir and Lid should be cleaned with a damp, soapy, non-abrasive cloth and rinsed thoroughly. They are not dishwasher safe, and the inside should not be dried with a cloth to avoid lint. Thorough rinsing is crucial to prevent contamination.
- Cleansing Brew: Recommended after brewing certain Vue™ Cup varieties (hot cocoa, iced tea, café beverages) to clear traces of the previous beverage. This involves using an empty, lid-removed Vue™ Cup to dispense 8 oz. of hot water.
- De-Scaling: Essential every three to six months to remove calcium deposits, which can hinder performance. The process involves using at least 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar, running multiple brew cycles with the vinegar, letting the brewer stand for at least 4 hours, and then performing rinse cycles with fresh water. Auto Off and Energy Saver modes must be disabled during descaling.
- Recycling Vue™ Cup Portion Packs: Vue™ Cup portion packs are made of #5 plastics and can be recycled where accepted. This involves lifting the handle to remove the cup, allowing it to cool, separating the base by pulling a tab, discarding the lid and filter, and then recycling the base.
Safety Precautions:
- Do not touch hot surfaces.
