Troubleshooting
If the keyboard cannot pair with a device, ensure the device supports Bluetooth. Restart both the
device and the keyboard, then attempt pairing again. On Windows, note that a new Bluetooth
connection may require additional software updates, which can take up to 20 minutes even after a
successful pairing message appears. During this time, restarting the computer is not recommended.
Ensure the device is configured to accept Bluetooth connections (HID profile) and supports external
keyboards.
To verify Bluetooth settings on a Windows device:
• Navigate to Bluetooth Devices > Open Settings.
• Ensure the following options are enabled:
o Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.
o Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
o Alert me when a Bluetooth device wants to connect.
