6 Take note of the security code and calibration count in the instrument's
maintenance records.
7 Perform the performance verification tests again to verify the calibration.
Calibration security
The instrument has a calibration passcode to prevent accidental or unauthorized
calibration. When you receive your power supply, it is secured by a default
passcode. The default passcode is 0. The security code cannot be changed by a
power cycle or *RST.
You can enter a passcode of up to 9 digits.
You can change the passcode from both front panel and remote interface.
From the front panel:
1 Press Utilities > Test / Setup > Calibration > Change Passcode.
2 Enter your desired passcode and press Done.
From the remote interface:
To change a new passcode to “12345”:
CALibration:SECurity:CODE 12345
