Press [Modulate] > Type AM > Type FM.
Then choose the modulating shape: Press Shape.

Modulating Waveform Frequency
Modulating frequency (internal source): minimum is 1 μHz, and the maximum values vary by function.
Front Panel Operations
Press [Modulate] > Type AM > AM Freq.
or
Press [Modulate] > Type AM > Type FM > FM Freq.
Then enter the AM or FM frequency with the knob and keypad. If you use the keypad, select a unit prefix to finish.
