requires the external reference narrow BW setting.
When setting the external reference frequency to anything other
than 10MHz the external reference bandwidth must be set in the low
or narrow setting. This error is displayed when the the external
reference frequency causes the external reference bandwidth to be
changed from wide to narrow.
-221 Settings conflict; The application could not be turned on or have its
settings changed because the current baseband operating mode does not
support it. See the AUX Function menu.

There is a hardware conflict between pulse modulation and ARB
marker to RF blanking. ARB marker to RF blanking will be turned
off.

turn the mode on. WCDMA has been turned off.
To output a valid RF signal, at least one channel must be turned
on. Since all channels are off, WCDMA mode has been turned off to
avoid undefined behavior.
