to Undefined or 0, Nfirst_1 + TGD >= 30
GAP1 is a double frame method gap; the DTX slots per frame is > 7.
DTX slots per frame should be less than 8.
-221 Settings conflict; Nfirst2 - Nlast2 <= 6
GAP2 is a single frame method gap that is greater than 7 slots
long. DTX slots per frame should be less than 8.
-221 Settings conflict; Nfirst2 >= 8 or Nlast2 <= 6
GAP2 is a double frame method gap; the DTX slots per frame is > 7.
DTX slots per frame should be less than 8.
