Currently, only Single and first DPCH are supported in Downlink
compressed mode.
-221 Settings conflict; Only ONE user file can be selected for all traffic
channels. {name} is now using: {name} file.
All traffic channels (F-FCH, F-SCH) can use a user file as a data
source, but they must all use the same user file. The <CHANNEL
NAME> data has been changed to <FILE NAME> file.
-221 Settings conflict; Only PN9 and PN15 can be selected when slot format
