9 Procedure for Declassifying a Faulty Instrument
Even if the instrument is not able to power on, it may be declassified by:
1. Removing the disk drive from the instrument, using the appropriate procedure as
described in “Disk Drive Removal Procedure” on page 27.
2. Removing the SD Memory card (if present), using the procedure described in “SD
Memory Card Removal Procedure” on page 30.
