Why is there air flow but no cooling effect from my Keystone Air Conditioner?

  If your Keystone Air Conditioner isn't cooling despite airflow, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the temperature setting is appropriately lower than the ambient room temperature. A blocked air filter can also restrict cooling, so clean the air filter. Check that neither the air inlet nor outlet is obstructed; remove any obstructions if present. Also, ensure all doors and windows are closed. If the room is very hot, allow extra time for the unit to cool the stored heat in the room. Finally, verify that the unit's cooling capacity is adequate for the room size.

  If your Keystone Air Conditioner doesn't start when you press the ON/OFF button, there could be a couple of reasons. It might be that less than four minutes have passed since you last switched it off; if so, wait four minutes before trying again. Alternatively, if you're in cooling mode, the room temperature may be lower than the set temperature, or if in heating mode (if applicable), the room temperature may be higher than the set temperature. In this case, reset the setting temperature.

  If your Keystone Air Conditioner will not operate, make sure the power switch is turned on. Check for a power supply failure and wait for it to recover.
