REPORTING SAFETY DEFECTS
If you believe your vehicle has a defect which could
cause an accident or could cause injury or death,
you should inform the National Highway Traffic
Safety Administration (NHTSA) immediately, in
addition to notifying Kia Motors America, Inc.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open
an investigation. A recall and remedy campaign
may be ordered if a safety defect exists in a group
of vehicles. However, NHTSA cannot become
involved in individual problems between you, your
dealer, or Kia Motors America, Inc.
