Why is my King-Dome Antenna STATUS light green but there is no picture?

First, check if your satellite receiver is turned on or needs to be reset. Also, the King-Dome is factory set for DIRECTV Single Satellite 101, so if you have a different service, you'll need to configure the King-Dome for your specific service. Turn the receiver on or reset it and configure the King-Dome for your service.
