1.Q: After several hours of charging, the machine still doesn't work.
A: It’s possible that the battery hasn’t been charged at all. If you see a weak yellow light on the infrared
sensor when you start charging, it means the battery is loose, or the power cord of the batter is loose.
Remove the battery cover and reinstall the battery. Normal charging state is red light, full charge green
light. Using 5V 500mA adapter, generally 2-3 hours can be fully charged.
2.Q: The animal is very close, but the machine can't sense it.
A: First, check whether the machine switch is off and the battery is charged. After checking the
"Sensitivity" knob, adjust it to the far right, so as to increase the induction distance. The maximum
induction range can only be within 10 meters. The sensor of the final product can sense the left and right
angles within a range of 110 degrees. Although some animals are very close, they cannot be sensed at all
because they are not in the sensing angle.
3.Q: How to check if the battery is alive?
A: The battery of the machine is running out after a period of normal use. When humans or animals get
close to the sensor head, the machine will emit a weak sound or not work at all. At this time, the battery
is likely to run out of power and need to be charged in time. It is suggested to use USB charging cable for
quick charging.
4.Q: The machine has been in normal use for several days, but there are still some animals around.
A: lt takes 1-2 weeks for the product to take effect. Different animals are sensitive to different sounds.
Some animals leave when they feel uncomfortable. At the same time, we need to choose the
appropriate frequency shift according the animal species.
5.Q: Is it harmful to people or pets?
A: This product mainly uses the principle of ultrasonic wave, and has no damage to human body and
pets. But a small percentage of the sound waves can be heard by human ears and pets. Over time,
people and pets will feel uncomfortable. So, it is not recommended to aim the product at humans or
pets.
6.Q: It can only be sensed within one meter and it makes a tiny ticking sound.
A: Please adjust the "Sensitivity" knob to the right to the maximum, so as to increase the Sensitivity. If
the machine makes a weak tick, it is likely to run out of power and need to be recharged.
7.Q: How long does it take to recharge? Can you charge it with solar panels on rainy days? How fast
does solar charge?
