6. Service of the Unit
If the appliance is not performing or not working at all, before calling the
authorised Service Provider please check the following:
6.1 General Faults and Trouble-Shooting:
In case of abnormal operation, please refer to the following diagrams for inspection
and possible solutions. If the faults cannot be spotted, please contact the Service
Department of our company. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
FAULT POSSIBLE REASONS CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
1. The unit does
not work
a) The power cord is not plugged in. a) Plug in the power cord.
b) No power coming through the socket. b) Check for fuse / mains MCB.
c) The Electrical box has loose connections. c) Contact service provider.
2. The unit is not
cooling enough
or at all.
Or
The products are
warm.
a) The unit has recently been reloaded with warm products. a) It takes 12-19hrs to cool down products.
b) The unit is near strong air streams or heat sources. b) Relocate the unit according to instructions.
c) The unit is loaded in such a way that the air-circulation in
the interior is getting blocked.
c) Remove any product, which is placed on the
suction grille, next to the front glass.
d) The air-circulation grille at the top of the unit it blocked. d) Remove any items blocking the grille.
e) The condenser was last cleaned over 6 months ago. e) Clean the condenser.
f) No air is circulating in the cold chamber.
f) Possible fan motor failure.
Contact service provider.
g) No air is circulating in the condenser area at all times.
g) Possible fan motor failure.
Contact service provider.
h) Leakage in the cooling system.
h) Leakage needs repair.
Contact service provider.
3. The unit
sometimes makes
a noise.
a) The unit is making an intense metallic noise. a) Contact service provider.

PLEASE UNPLUG THE COOLER.
