When working the fields where plants are in rows, it
is necessary to change the wheel tread so that the
tires would not pass over the plants. It is also
necessary to widen wheel tread to decrease
danger when working on slopes or hills, or when
doing trailer work, etc.
Never operate tractor with a loose rim, wheel, or axle
• Always tighten nuts to the specified torque.
• Check all of them frequently and keep them tight.
I M P O R TANT :
Follow same cheking procedure when tractor is
first used.
• To decrease the wheel tread danger when
working on slopes or hills, or when working with
t r a i l e r, etc.
• Do not use tires larger than specified.
Front axle is not adjustable.
Check and tighten as instructed.
I M P O R TANT :
• Always attach tires as shown in the right-side
d r a w i n g s .
• If not attached as illustrated, transmission parts
may be damaged.
• After changing wheel, nuts should be torqued to
57.2~66.5ft.lbs(77.5~90.1 N-m, 7.9~9.2kgf-m)
• Do not use tires larger
than specified.
The rear axle tread width are adjustable in 4 stages
from 1180 to 1490mm (46.4 to 58.6in.) by changing
the installation of the tire(together with rim) to the
disk, to suit the type or condition of work.
In either case, the tire should be installed so that
arrow mark would show the direction of rotation.
Furthermore, the tire mark on the ground should be
in “V” shape.
