If brake pedal travel become too great or travel
varies too greatly between the right and left pedals,
loosen the tumbuckle lock nut turn the turnbuckle
in the desired direction until the proper pedal travel
is achieved. Moderate right and left pedal play
ranges from 25 to 40mm(0.98 to 1.57 in.).
After adjustment, interlock the right and left brake
pedals and finally tighten lock nut securely.
Moderate steering wheel play is 20 to 50mm(0.8 to
2.0 in.).
A front axle support is securely clamped. If not,
loosen the center nut, and firmly tighten the center
bolt. Tighten the center nut.
If you have assembled the micro switch at the
fender according to the assembly order, the height
from ground to center of lower link ball will be set
600 to 650mm(23.6 to 26 in.) or so. The PTO
s h a f t ’ s rotation will be stopped at this position.
Also, if you need the height higher than the above
(23.6 to 26 in.), Loosen the bolts (1) and adjust the
switch bracket (2)’s (2) height toward the above bit
by bit. Simultaneously, check the lower link ball
center is appropriate to you. You can be
changeable this height [A] up to 910mm(35.8
in.)by this switch bracket’s position. If not
p r o p e r, adjust according to the instruction
above.
