1) Lubrication
1. Front axle (on right and left sides)
2. Connection of brake pedals
(two points)
3. Right side of lifting rod
4. Tie rod end (two points)
5. Front wheel drive lever
2) Check to make sure fixing screws of oil
pressure pipe and fuel pipe are tight.
Change engine oil.
1) Lubricate the following points.
King pins, Pedal shaft.
2) Check the following points to be connected
securely. Hydraulic inlet pipe clamps. Fuel
pipe clamps.
3) Clean air cleaner element.
4) Clean fuel filter.
5) Check battery electrolyte level.
6) Check fuel pipe.
7) Check fan drive belt tension
8) Check clutch play.
9) Check brake play.
10) Check steering wheel play.
11) Check front axle support.
12) Check Toe-in.
1) Check that the radiator hose is fastened
s e c u r e l y .
2) Check fuel pipe, radiator pipe, oil pressure
p i p e .
3) Change engine oil filter cartridge.
1) Check that the clutch pedal properly and
has sufficient play.
2) Check that the brake pedals work properly
and have sufficient play.
3) Check that fan belt tension is proper.
4) Check that the steering wheel works
p r o p e r l y .
5) Clean oil pressure filter.
6) Check front wheel shaft supporters so that
no vibration occurs during operation.
1) Clean fuel tank.
2) Change transmission oil.
3) Apply grease to clutch release hub.
Apply a small amount of chassis
g r e a s e .
Amount of oil : 7L(7.4 u.s.qts.)
Wash away old oil with pure
element detergent.
The difference between the front
and rear most ends of wheels
should be between 0.0787 to
0.3149 in. (2 to 8mm)
The oil level should reach just below.
Insert a new element after washing
inside of filter with light oil.
1.57 to 1.96 in. (40 to 50mm)
0.98 to 1.57 in. (25 to 40mm)
Adjust fan belt so that it has about
9/32 in. (7mm) play in tension.
13/16-2 in. (20-50mm) at outer
c i r c u m f e r e n c e .
Wash with kerosene or light oil.

Apply a small amount of bearing grease.
