3. To bleed the air, you should loosen the plug for air
bleeding, at the brake case (21) regardless of left or
right side, in half turn, then you should put the trans-
parent vinyl hose onto the plug, and then you should
now prepare an oil container at the end of the hose to
take the escaping oil.
4. You should then depress the brake pedal slowly a few
times repeatedly, continuously adding some oil so that
the brake oil tank has enough oil. You should do this
repeatedly while you are looking at the transparent
vinyl hose till there is no bubble in the oil any more.
5. After you have finished bleeding the air, you should
tighten the plug surely. You should tighten the plug
while you depressing on the brake pedal.
6. For the opposite brake, you should repeat the pro-
cess of (2) to (5) to bleed the air.
7. You should confirm if the oil amount remains at the
upper limit in the brake oil tank after bleeding the air.
Cautions While Dealing Brake Oil
1. You should not mix the brake oil with different brand. If
another oil is mixed with the existing oil, it could cause
a chemical reaction with the oil. Resulting in a low-
ered boiling point can be lowered.
2. When you refill the brake oil, you should use only clean oil.
