STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. You must rst slow the engine to the
idle position before turning the en-
gine off.
2. Pull the engine stop knob out com-
pletely to stop the engine.
Then turn the key switch to the
“OFF” position.
3. Remove the key.
[CHECK WARNING LAMPS]
1. When the key is turned “ON”, lamps
(2), (3) should come on. If trouble
should occur at any location while
the engine is running, the warning
lamp corresponding to that location
comes on.
2. Glow plug indicator (1) also comes
on when the key is turned “ON” to
preheat the engine and goes off au-
tomatically when preheat is com-
pleted.
If the lamp is still on, immediately stop
the engine and determine the cause.

9. CHECK TO SEE THAT ALL THE
LAMPS ON THE WARNING
LAMPS ARE “OFF”.
10. RELEASE THE CLUTCH PEDAL.
(1) Glow Plug Indicator
(2) Engine Oil Pressure Warning Lamp
(3) Battery Electrical Charge Warning Lamp
Daily checks with the Warn-
ing Lamps only, are not suf-
ficient. Never fail to conduct
daily checks carefully by re-
ferring to Daily Check. (See
"daily check" IN SECTION 10)
IMPORTANT
If the engine is not stopped,
consult with local DAEDONG
dealer.
