cable, such as breakage, short-circuit

Yes Replace the USB Cable.
DC Power Supply 3 Is the DC Power Supply on the printer
part normal?
No Replace DC Power Supply.
Main PCB 4 Prepare another PC which can
recognize USB Scanner. correctly
Does this PC recognize the KIP 600?
No Replace Main PCB.
