NOTES:
1. CPHM pumps with driving unit-11, 11A, 11B, 1 3 , 1 3 A are
supplied with oil lubrication bearings as a standard supply.
2. Pump models with suffix “N” are modified for improvement in rising
nature performance towards shut-off.
1.2 Description of ‘CPHM’ pumps:
KIRLOSKAR CPHM pumps are of back pullout design which enables to remove
the rotating unit of the pump for inspection and repairs without disturbing the
pipe connections.
1.3 The complete range of CPHM pumps is covered by eight driving units thereby
reducing inventory and achieving interchangeability of parts.
1.4 Pumps when properly installed and given due care in operation and
maintenance should operate satisfactorily for a long period.
1.5 When the pump is received, sometime before the actual use, it should be
inspected and located in a dry place. The coupling should be rotated once in a
month to prevent pitting of bearing surfaces.
