5.1 Recoil Starter Grip
Pulling the starter grip operates the recoil starter to crank the engine

5.2 Accelerator (Throttle) Control Lever
The throttle lever controls the engine speed and tine rotations. Moving the throttle lever in
the direction shown, run the engine faster or slower.
To increase engine RPM, pull the lever to anti clockwise direction
To decrease engine RPM, push the lever to clockwise direction
