USING THE SPARKLING BEVERAGE MAKER
* The 60L SodaStream Carbonator produces up to 60 liters of sparkling water, depending
on the level of carbonation.
Installing the SodaStream CO

Carbonator

Remove seal and cap from SodaStream
CO
2
Carbonator. Insert SodaStream
CO
2
Carbonator. For 60L*, first tip
downward into the base and then
push upward into the valve fitting.
For Mini Carbonator, push upward into
the valve fitting.

Turn the SodaStream CO
2
Carbonator
counterclockwise until tight. Hand-
tighten only.

To reinstall back cover: tilt back cover
toward you; insert bottom tab into slot
and push cover into place.
Before First Use
Place the Sparkling Beverage Maker on a
flat, sturdy surface, in an upright position.
Remove packaging materials.
The Sparkling Beverage Maker uses 3 AAA
batteries (preinstalled). To replace batteries,
see the “Care and cleaning” section.

To remove back cover: Grasp back
cover and pull away from unit. Set
cover aside.
NOTE: Models include either the 60L CO
2
Carbonator or the Mini CO
2
Carbonator.
Installation instructions below show the image of the 60L CO
2
Carbonator, but they are
applicable to both carbonators.
