5. INSTALLATION
3. Location of the pump
Place the pump as close to the pool as possible and make suction lines as straight as
possible to reduce loss or friction.
It is recommended to place the pump indoors or in the shade to avoid overheating in the
sun.
Do not install the pump in a damp or unventilated area. The engine requires free air
circulation for cooling.
Do not install the pump more than 3.1 metres above water level.
Install the pump not far from an electrical outlet.
