TP-6953 7/19 57Section 2 Operation
Inhibit Time Delay. The inhibit time delay is the time
period following crank disconnect during which the
generator set stabilizes and the controller does not
detect a fault or status event. Select the desired inhibit
time delay from 0 to 60 seconds. A setting of 0 means
the warning is monitored continuously, even if not
running.
TIme Delay (Shutdown or Warning). The time delay
follows the inhibit time delay. The time delay is the time
period between when the controller first detects a fault
or status event and the controller warning or shutdown
lamp illuminates. The delay prevents nuisance alarms.
Select the desired time delay from 0 to 60 seconds.
Section 2.8.3 and Section 2.8.4 contain warnings and
faults with ranges and time delays including items that
do not have user adjustments.
Note: The engine ECM may limit the crank cycle even if
the controller is set to a longer time period.
