      If SiteTech indicates that both engines are under load but the ATS hasn't transferred on your Kohler Portable Generator, it could be due to the metering on either generator being backwards. To fix this, select a different model number for the affected generator, then re-select the correct model number. This clears the CT direction flag and allows the generators to re-determine CT direction.

      Auto-discovery might not complete on your Kohler Portable Generator due to several reasons: * The device may already be auto-discovered to a different contactor. To resolve this, set the engine model number to a different model and then set it back. This action clears any auto-discover information stored in the controller. * The generator or APM circuit breaker might be tripped. Reset the generator circuit breaker or the circuit breaker in the APM. * There might be bad connections between the generator and APM. Correct these connections. * The generator controller might not be seeing bus voltage.
