      If your Kohler Marine Equipment generator set doesn't crank, several issues could be the cause. It might be due to a weak or dead battery, so try recharging or replacing it. Also, check the battery connections to ensure they are not reversed or poorly connected. Inspect the engine and controller connections for any looseness and check the wire harness continuity. Furthermore, examine fuses F2 on the controller and RIB, replacing them if blown. For the crank relay on the RIB, verify connections and check for 12VDC on lead 71N. Check the connections to the master switch on the ADC 2100, as well as the starter connections. Finally, check the controller connections and operation, ensuring power is supplied to the controller.
