First, the crankcase breather might be clogged or not working properly; in this case, disassemble the breather, clean all parts thoroughly, reassemble it, and then recheck the pressure. Second, seals and/or gaskets might be leaking, or fasteners might be loose or not properly torqued; replace any worn or damaged seals and gaskets, and make sure all fasteners are securely tightened, using the correct torque values and sequences if needed.
