5. If the flywheel screen overlaps the blower
housing, remove the fasteners and screen. If it
was a metal screen with long bolts, also remove
the remaining loose hardware and cooling fan.

6. Remove the remaining hex. flange screws
securing the blower housing. Note the one silver
plated screw used for the rectifier-regulator
ground strap or lead. Remove the blower housing.
