7. Operation
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Never operate the cook
sink without water in the vessel.
Confirm Cook Sink Operation
Ensure that the cook center basin drain does not leak.
Remove the adhesive label from the cooking vessel strainer.
NOTE: Carefully study your Homeowners Guide before operating
your cook center.
Make sure the sink controls are in the “Off″ position, and turn on
the power to the sink.
Turn on the water supplies to the faucet, and run water into both
sink basins.
Fill the cooking vessel half full. Inspect all the connections for
leakage.
Press and turn the drain control knob several times to make sure
the water drains properly.
Inspect the cooking vessel drain connections for leakage.
Fill the cooking vessel half full of water again.
Press and turn the temperature control knob.
Verify that the water warms up within 10 to 15 minutes.
