SERVICE PROCEDURE
EVERY 5000 HOURS SERVICE
Carry out the periodic maintenance work of every 100, 250, 500 and 1000 hours of operation at the same time.
CHANGE OIL IN HYDRAULIC TANK AND CLEAN STRAINER
WARNING
The parts and oil are at high temperature immediately after the engine is stopped, and may cause burns. Wait for the
temperature to go down before starting the work.
When removing the oil filler cap, turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then remove it.
Oil replacement amount: 112 liters (29.59 US gal)
Prepare a handle (for the socket wrench).

Remove the cap of oil filler port (F) at the top of the hydraulic
tank.

Set a container direct under the drain plug located on the
machine'sundersidetocatchoil thatis drained.Removedrain
plug(P)anddraintheoil.CheckanO-ringinstalledtoPlug(P),
andifithas ascratchordamage,replaceitwith newone.After
draining the oil, tighten drain plug (P).
The specified tightening torque is 68.6 ± 9.81 N·m (7 ± 1
kgf·m, 50.6 ± 7.2 lbft)
Take care not to get oil onyourself when you removedrain
plug (P).

Add the specified amount of new and clean oil through oil filler port (F). Check that the oil level is between H
and L on the sight gauge.
