SERVICE PROCEDURE
EVERY 6000 HOURS SERVICE
Maintenance for every 50, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 hours service should be carried out at the same time.
LUBRICATE DRIVE SHAFT
If special drive shaft grease is used, carry out greasing every 6000
hours or every two years. When the special grease is not used,
and the normal lithium-based grease is used, carry out greasing
every 250 hours.
Special drive shaft grease: 56B-20-19910
1.
Using a grease pump, pump in grease through the grease
fittings marked by the arrows.
2.
Grease the spider portion until grease comes out from the cap
seal.
3. After greasing, wipe off any old grease that was pushed out.
