PRECAUTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
STOP ENGINE BEFORE CARRYING OUT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Stop the machine on firm, level ground.
Select a place where there is no hazard of falling rocks or
landslides, or of flooding if the land is low.
Lower the dump body, set dump lever (1) to the HOLD position,
lock with safety lock knob (2), then stop the engine.
Set parking brake switch to the PARKING position and put
blocks (3) under the tires to prevent the machine from moving.
