TROUBLESHOOTING
c) One-touch decelerator does not operate
a Carry out the following troubleshooting when the results of a) and b) are normal.
d) Engine control system operates near idling speed but does not operate to FULL (high-load range)

• Turn one-touch decelerator
switch ON: Max. 1 z
• Turn starting switch OFF.
• Disconnect F18.

switch normal?

Defective one-touch deceler-

• 10 – 15 V
• Turn starting switch ON.

between fuse (3) – F18

Is voltage between F18 (female) (2) –
chassis ground normal?
NO
Repair or
replace

• 10 – 15 V
• Turn starting switch ON.
• Turn one-touch decelerator
switch ON.
• Set fuel control dial to FULL
position.
