1)
Remove the bolts (1) (4 pieces) and remove the cover
(2).
2)
Keep pulling the knob (3) and turn the cap of oil filler
port (F) counterclockwise to remove.
3)
Add oil to the proper level through the oil filler port (F).
4)
After adding oil, install the cap and cover (1) of oil filler
port (F).
METHOD FOR CLEANING AIR CONDITIONER FRESH AIR FILTER
WARNING
When using the compressed air, there is a danger that dirt may scatter and cause personal injury. Wear
the protective equipment such as the protective eyeglasses and dust mask.
Before cleaning the filter, stop the air conditioner.
When replacing the air conditioner fresh air filter, make the machine articulated fully to the right.
1.
Insert the starting switch key into the key slot (1) to unlock.
2.
Loosen the knob (2) and open the cover (3).
3.
Loosen the knob (4) and take out the filter (5).
4.
Clean
it by using the dry compressed air (0.2 MPa
{2.1 kg/cm
2
} or less) according to the following procedure.
1)
Blow
dry compressed air from the inside of the filter
along the pleats.
2)
Blow dry compressed air from the outside of the filter
along the pleats.
3)
Blow dry compressed air again from the inside of the
filter along the pleats.
Replace the
filter with a new one when the dirt clogged to
the filter cannot be removed by air blow, or replace it every year.
