Communication jobs
Checking communication jobs
You can check the transmission reservation status, and the progress of the communication
job being executed. You can also cancel the communication job being executed.
Communication jobs are displayed in the registered order.
NOTE
Up to 30 communication jobs can be displayed.

Log in to Message Board (page 1-4).

Click [Machine Information], and then [Communication Job].
You can check the following information on the communication job screen.
Destination :
Status :
Pages :
Send Time :
Displays the destination name of the communication job.
Click [+] to check the destinations specified for broadcast transmission.
Displays the communication status. It is either “Reserved”, “Sending”, or
“Redial”.
Displays the number of pages for the document to transmit. The cover
page is included in the number of pages.
If a transmission starting date/time has been specified, the specified date/
time is displayed in the MM/DD YYYY HH:MM format.
