If you're unable to configure settings or send faxes according to the settings on your Konica Minolta All in One Printer, it could be due to several reasons. Some functions cannot be combined, indicated by grayed-out items. Carefully check the functions you've specified and ensure they can be combined. Verify the settings of each item in the fax driver. If the paper size or orientation in the application is incorrect, correct these settings. Check the watermark settings to ensure they are properly configured. Also, verify the watermark density and note that some graphic applications may not print watermarks. If garbled characters are detected, set download fonts to bitmap fonts and turn off printer fonts.
