Verify the IP address entered in your browser matches the one set in the machine. If using a shortcut, confirm the IP address in the shortcut's properties is correct. If a proxy server is in use, register the Message Board's IP address as an exception in your browser's settings (e.g., in Internet Explorer, check [LAN Settings] under [Tools] – [Internet Options] – [Connections]). Also, ensure user information is registered in the Message Board (contact your administrator), cookies are enabled in your browser, and the correct password is being used.
