If the duplex mis-feeds on your Konica Minolta All in One Printer, it may be due to unsupported media being used (wrong size, thickness, type, etc.). Use KONICA MINOLTA-approved media. Also, the media may still be misfed. Recheck the media path inside the duplex option and make sure that you have removed all of the misfed media.
