Basic Photo Copying Guide
1. This is the initial screen for the
device.
2. Enter your Username and Password
or swipe your pass to unlock the
device
3. For Copying, make sure you are in
the Copy screen by selecting the
Copy Button.
4. Select the copy function you require
(further details on following page)
5. Once the selections are made ensure
your originals are either on the glass
or in the automatic document feeder.
6. Press the Start button to commence
copying.
7. Once you have finished press the
Access button to logout
The machine will automatically log you
out after a minute of no use.
