1. This is the initial screen for the
device.
2. Enter your Username and Password
or swipe your pass to unlock the
device
3. To start the scanning process, select
the “SafeQ” button.
4. Select the “SafeQ Scan” button
5. Select the “Scan to H: Drive” button
or Scan to Email
6. To alter the default scan settings,
choose from the menu at the bottom
of the screen.
7. Ensure your documents are in the
automatic document feeder and
press the “Start” button.
8. Once you have finished press the
Access button to logout
The machine will automatically log you
out after a minute of no use
