Check for multiple shut-offs in the supply line and verify the gas supply is turned on. Low gas supply can also be a culprit, so consult with a plumber or gas supplier and check/refill the LP (propane) tank if necessary. Examine the wiring for disconnections or incorrect connections. A plugged main burner orifice can also cause this issue, so remove any blockage. Verify the pilot flame is properly directed to ignite the burner. Replace the remote control batteries. Finally, ensure the remote control is powered ON and the thermostat operation is turned OFF.
