Function Description:
The Kress Mission™ RTK robotic lawnmower is designed for domestic lawn mowing. Its primary function is to frequently mow lawns, aiming to maintain a healthier and better-looking lawn. The machine operates within a virtual boundary, which it checks before each working cycle. If the virtual boundary is not detected, the machine will shut down. The integrated RTK antenna senses when the machine approaches the virtual boundary or an obstacle, prompting it to select a new direction. The lawnmower can be programmed to operate at any time or frequency, depending on the lawn size. It is not intended for digging, sweeping, or snow cleaning.

RF Exposure Requirements:
To satisfy RF exposure requirements, a separation distance of 200mm or more should be maintained between the device and persons during operation. Operations closer than this distance are not recommended. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located with any other antenna or transmitter.

Usage Features:
- Safety First: Users must read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operation. Children and individuals with reduced capabilities should be supervised. The lawnmower should never be operated with defective guards or without safety devices. Hands and feet must be kept clear of rotating parts.
- Automatic Operation: The lawnmower operates automatically within a defined virtual boundary. It is not recommended to leave the machine unattended if children, pets, or people are in the vicinity.
- Manual Charging: The Mission™ RTK can be manually docked into its charging base for recharging. The charging base's green light will flash, indicating charging.
- PIN Code: A four-digit PIN code is required to start the mower for the first time.
- App Control: The device is compatible with a mobile application, allowing users to check date, time, and potentially sensor status.
Maintenance Features:
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and performance of the Mission™ RTK.
- Blades: The cutting blades are razor sharp on two edges and rotate in both directions. They should be reversed monthly and replaced weekly, or as needed based on cutting quality. All blades and screws must be replaced simultaneously to maintain balance. Protective gloves must be worn when handling blades.
- Cleaning: The machine should be cleaned regularly. It supports hose water cleaning, but high-pressure washers should NOT be used as water can damage electronic and mechanical parts. The body should be cleaned with a soft brush or clean cloth, avoiding solvents. The underside, including the blade disc, chassis, front wheel, and driving wheels, should be thoroughly cleaned.
- Contact Pins and Charging Strips: These components on both the charging base and the lawnmower must be kept clean to ensure successful charging.
- Battery Life and Storage: The 20V Li-Ion battery should be fully charged and stored in a cool, dry place (-20°C to +60°C). For winter hibernation, the lawnmower should be thoroughly cleaned, fully charged, and powered off. It should NEVER be stored upside down outdoors to protect the underside from water.
- Battery Replacement: Instructions are provided for replacing the battery, which involves removing the battery cover, disconnecting connectors, and carefully lifting out the battery box. Specific steps are outlined for models KR172E/KR173E and KR174E, with the latter requiring additional steps to remove a metal plate.
- Troubleshooting Guide: The manual includes a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues, such as the charging base LED not turning on, docking problems, power depletion, boundary line overruns, positioning signal issues, and sensor abnormalities.
- Genuine Accessories: Users are advised to purchase genuine accessories from the same retailer where the tool was bought.
