The remote control operates with two AAA baeries.
Direct the remote control to the control panel of the evaporave air cooler. If the remote
control is not working, rst check the baeries. Replace them if needed.
If you are not going to use it for a long me, take out the baeries to prevent damages
that may occur due to baery leakage.
OPERATING THE WATER TANK
Check the level of water in the tank frequently. Be sure that water level is not below the
“MIN” marking which is located on the water tank. Acvang the “Cool” funcon with
insucient amount of water may cause malfuncon of the water pump.
Before relling water, turn your unit to the OFF posion by pressing the switch located at
the back panel and unplug the power cord.
USING THE ICE BOXES
In order to increase the cooling eect of your fan, you can use ice boxes which are in-
cluded with the unit. Before using them, place them in the freezing compartment of your
refrigerator for a few hours. Then place them into the large secon of the tank and add
water reaching the “MAX” level. This drops the temperature of the air ow which will
create a more eecve cooling eect.
3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Dusts may accumulate in the dust lter or cooling pad aer some me and may aect
the cooler’s funcon. Therefore, it is recommended to clean your evaporave cooler
regularly. Below are wrien steps on how to clean this unit:
Turn o the air cooler and unplug the power cord before beginning to clean.
1. Dust Filter
To remove the dust lter, simply press the locks using your ngers and pull it out. Use
mild cleaning agent and so brush in removing the dust and dirt on the lter. When
done, rst aach the boom part of lter then push the upper part to secure it.
2. Cooling Pad
Aer removing the dust lter, you can see the cooling pad. Press the lock in the middle
and gently pull out the pad. Use a clean cloth or so brush to remove dust and dirt from
the pad. Rinse with clean water if needed and leave open air dry. Never use any harmful
