(It is recommended that you use a

stainless steel frothing pitcher.) Cold
conducts better to metal than to glass or
plastic.

The type of milk is not suitable.
We recommend using 2% or skim milk.
Whole milk is acceptable, but due to the
fat molecules, it will not have as dense a
froth, as if you were to use 2% or skim
milk.
