Check that the coffee bean container has coffee in it and that it is dispensing correctly. Decrease the drink volume and increase the drink strength. Turn the coffee fineness dial to the left to make the grounds finer. You can also make the drink in two cycles by using the 2 cups function.

Check that the drip tray is correctly positioned and not full. Ensure the drip tray is always in place, even when the appliance is not in use. Do not remove the drip tray during a cycle. Regularly clean the tank and its connection to prevent scale build-up, which can cause leaks.
